This is a quick, light, frothy read about love & the possibilities of time travel. It does require tremendous leaps of faith & suspension of belief as the author doesn't really ever explain how people are brought back & forth through time. It just kind of happens. What keeps you reading is the search for the identity of the person who threatens the lives of Julian & Kate but it's more romance novel than mystery. For a really good, thoughtful & more credible novel about love through time, read The Time Travellers's Wife.
