Add a CommentThis movie is dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb. I can't even believe I watched it. Even worse! I can't believe I actually liked it!
Reggie is a turkey who has been pardoned by the President and is allowed to live a life of luxury until another turkey named Jake arrives and tries to recruit Reggie on a mission to prevent Thanksgiving from happening. Reggie and Jake must go back in time to before the first Thanksgiving happens and do their best to prevent it. Free Birds was really funny and I really enjoyed watching it with my family. I would definitely recommend this movie and also I would rate this movie 4.5/5.

A good family movie. I like that they went with a less common theme such as 'time travel' even though they still went with 'the boy on the wrong side of the tracks tries to get the girl'. Overall a good story and entertaining.
This was a great movie to watch with kids, talking turkeys. They even want pizza this Thanksgiving.
I agree, unfortunately, this movie was a real Turkey!! My 10 year old son loved it, thought turkeys using time machines was an awesome idea. Bad puns and jokes, especially the reference to "Angry Birds" -- had me rolling my eyes (while my son rolled around the floor laughing his head off). I say one star, he would say 5. Fun for the kids, that's what counts.
